How can I be invited to “Shoes & Champagne » parties?
The “Shoes&Champagne” parties are held approximately every 2 month. You can discover the news, and discuss in a « sex and the city » mood. If you're a customer of our website, you will receive an invitation. They are held in different places. You will receive an invitation, minimum 10 days before the party.(see the “Shoes&Champagne”section on our welcome page, for more details).

Where is your shop?
We don't have a shop. Boutique27 is an e-boutique only.

I don't have a credit card. How can I buy?
You can only pay by credit card. We don't accept payment in advance or everything else. For Swiss resident, you can pay by POSTCARD.

How long will I wait to receive my order?
The orders are usually ship in 24 hours during working days. The orders placed over the weekend are shipped the next Monday. The order are send in Post Pack economy, that means that it will take approximately 2-3 days to reach you (for international delivery, see below).

Can I track my order?
You can track your order at any time through the tracking number you will be provided when receiving your order confirmation.
Why have you not refunded the delivery charge?
Delivery charges (the cost you originally paid to have the order delivered to you) are non-refundable unless:
. You have received an incorrect or faulty item from us and have requested a refund.
. You have received a damaged item.

You have refunded me the wrong amount
Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you think you have been refunded the wrong amount please contact serviceclients@boutique27.com quoting your order number and the required refund amount.

I don't see my size. Are you going to have it?
The website is regularly up dated. If you don't see your size that means that it's not available.

I need a half-size
Some styles have half-size, and some not. Every size available is on the website.

The shoe ordered doesn't fit me....
When you receive your order, try the shoes immediately, and be aware that a shoe won't fit the same if you wear it with a stocking, socks or barefoot! If the shoe doesn't fit, contact us at anytime. You've got 10 days to send them back (Read the « Shipping » section).

What is my size?
Our shoes are from New York (they have US size on the box) and the size indicated on the web site is European sizes that mean: A 7 is a 37; an 8 is a 38, a 9 is a 39, a 10 is 40...
If the shoes fit larger or smaller, that will be specified on the description of the shoe on the web site.

Part of my order is missing
Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you have received you order and an item is missing, please contact us quoting your order number and the missing item and they will investigate the matter further.

What are the pictures under your items? The press pictures under the shoes are here to help you to compare our items to other brands and they are not to sell.

I need an international delivery. How long does it takes?
We are selling internationally. Of course, the delivery times are longer for outside Switzerland. In general, for countries next to Switzerland the expedited time is 5-8 days. For countries outside the EU zone, the delivery time is min. 10 days.

Do you have a catalogue?
As our stock is regularly updated, we don't have a catalogue, please check our website.

Why don't you answer my mail?
It is our policy to endeavour to respond to all customer enquiries within one working day. Sometimes our responses are rejected by your email provider for what could be a number of reasons (they are viewed as junk mail, your mailbox is full etc...), or the email we have sent you could be delayed by general internet traffic. If you have not received a reply from our Customer department team within 2 working days, please contact us stating your secondary email address. Please include YOUR Name, order number (if applicable) and original query. Please also state that your original query was not replied to and we will look into this on your behalf.

I saw this item in the newsletter, but cannot find it on your website.
This means that the product is temporarily out of stock or has been discontinued. Tip – We often take repeat deliveries of popular products and occasionally customers will return items to us that do not fit. We would advise you to keep checking the site to see if your desired item becomes available again.

I saw this item on a celebrity.Can you find it for me?
It is not practical for us to provide a 'request service', but you can email us your query and we will do our best to find the item for you, when it's possible.

Why is my credit card declined?
The process is in real time. If your credit card is declined, please check that you've entered the good information on address, expiration date, and the CVS code. Otherwise, contact your credit card agent who will help you for the transaction.

The product I ordered is now reduced. Can you refund me the difference?
Unfortunately, we cannot advise you in advance of a reduced product or reimburse you the difference after you have placed an order.

Can you tell me where else can I buy this product?
Please be advised that our Customer Care team cannot tell you where else our products can be purchased.
