If you are unsatisfied with any order that you have received then you may return it to us within 10 days upon confirmation shipping of email received.
The item must be returned unused and in the original shoebox into it was sent, wrapped or enclosed in a box.
Striped soles, traces of perspiration, folds, spots, damaged shoes, or all other damages, will be reasons for not refund or exchange.
When returning any items please enclose the return form application with your name and invoice number clearly stating whether you require a refund or an exchange. If you do not enclose the return form with your details then we will not be able to tie the return up with your order. Unfortunately we do not refund postage if an item is returned.
Refunds will be made in the method you want. For example if you wish to be refunded on another account that you’ve used for the payment, then we will make a refund directly to the account you specified on the return application. We recommend that you return items by recorded mail, as we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels. Returns are strictly within 10 days after you’ve received the shipping confirmation. We cannot make any refunds, exchanges or credits beyond of 10 days. (Postmark being taken) Postage costs can also not be refunded when a return is made.

Should you wish to exchange your shoes for an alternate size or style you may do this within 10 days of the confirmation email you’ve received from us. The shoes must be returned in the original condition, unworn and in the original packaging. The delivery charge applied for exchanges is FREE. Please enclose the return application form with the size you wish or contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. As soon as we’ve received your shoes back, we will send you the style you wish, if stock lasts.
We can’t be responsible for the lost of rhinestones, beads etc. composing the items.
Methods Of Payment
We accept, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron, via Paypal and payment by Postcard. We do not accept other payment.
You can be invited to our “Shoes&Champagne”parties (see section) and pay directly on a cash and carry basis.
Place an Order
Placing an order is simple. Simply navigate our site to the products you want and when you've chosen the item, click the “Add to shopping cart” button. You'll then be forwarded to our cart page where you can either checkout immediately or continue shopping.
For minor people, a major person must have placed the order legally responsible.
Cancel My Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email, including all relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the item for a refund.
Create An Account
Users who create a personal account with us, will be able to store all of their billing information with us, thus preventing having to enter it every time. To create an account, simply select "My Account " at the top of the page. From there, you will be able to register with us. You will also be able to register during your checkout process.
If you forgot your password, simply go to the "My Account " screen and choose "Password forgotten". You will then be able to enter your email address and we will email you your username and password within a few minutes.
Edit Account Information
If you wish to edit your account information, simply click the "My Account" button located at the top of the page. Enter your email address and password then click the "Sign In" button. Click on the "Update Your Profile" button and change any information you wish to change then click the "Update Profile " button located at the bottom of the page when you are finished.
During the checkout ,please ,be careful,check if every item you want are in stock. If the items you want are out of stock, or not available, 3 little stars will be added to the item. It happens to you, to delete the item of your shopping cart, that are unavailable.
View Past Orders
To view your past orders, log into your account.
All orders are packaged and controlled with great care to ensure safe delivery. Shipping rate is included during the checkout. The rates change according to the weight and the distance.
Orders are delivered via Poste Package Economy service.
How long does my order take to arrive?
Swiss orders are usually received within 2-3 working days. Any orders placed through the website after 12pm will be shipped on the next working day. Please note that we do not have despatch facilities over the weekend, so the next working day would be Monday. (excluding bank holidays). Estimated delivery time for EU orders is between 5 working days, and for the rest of the world 5-7 working days.
Lost or Damaged Shipment
We are not responsible for shipment that have been lost or damaged.
